All artwork is digital unless stated otherwise.

These terms may be updated when needed.

Prices are listed in GBP (£).

Full payment is required upfront unless otherwise discussed.

Payment is accepted via PayPal, Kofi, Boosty, ect, and work begins once payment is received.

Please provide clear references and a detailed description when ordering.

A draft will be sent for approval before continuing.

Minor revisions are allowed at the drafting stage. Major changes after approval may require an additional fee.

Estimated turnaround time: 1–4 weeks depending on complexity.

If delays occur, they will be communicated clearly.

I retain full copyright of the artwork.

You receive a personal-use license unless commercial rights are discussed beforehand.

Commissioned artwork may be used for profiles, banners, and personal display.

Artwork may not be resold, redistributed, heavily edited, or claimed as your own.

Commercial use beyond commissions/adoptables must be discussed in advance.

Full refund if I have not started the work.

No refunds once artwork is started.

If I must cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
